retrieving rip log?

Good Morning everyone,
I am hoping someone has an answer to my question.we are running flexi 8 with production manager and the mutoh valujet 1604.we had a couple of print jobs that went through with the cut in cue. for whatever reason the production manager disconnected when I reopened it it was requesting the setup of my cutter & printer again & previous jobs were lost. the question is has this happened to anyone before & is there a way to retrieve the rip log to use as a cuttable file. hope this makes sense & someone has an answer so I do not have to re-run the jobs again. thank you. If you already Print your Job(s)

Try to change the Contour Options to Contour Job Only

The print rip file and the cut file are separate files.

You might check your drive for the Jobs folder.

Unless you saved your work as a Flexi file you may be out of luck.
