SUCCESS!! I followed The guide you sent to the letter and it worked!!! :)The limit was set, I powered up the machine and printed a report that you see here. I also printed a test print after 2 moderate cleanings. As you can see I'm missing a bit of red ink there. (My machine hasn't run since the first week in October.) Do you have any suggestions to open that red line? View attachment 179684

DamenCA21 I reset the limit position and I'm up and running. A bit of a problem with that red line you see on my test print. I only have 1 head on the vs540i, Ill try to do a powerful cleaning next. Thanks for chiming in on my feed!

Axelbeta, you were correct with the limit position....I got a (Do it yourself guide) from RolandCertifiedTech and it worked~! Thanks!!!
You could try a powerful cleaning to see if that improves, another thing is to do a 48 hour head soak. My guess is that if the Magenta head was working fine before it broke down, then it's clogged nozzles.

Whats the best way to soak it? Everything was working fine before I cleaned my linear scale and found that it was a mess.
