Need Help Roland vs-640 blurr print

I have a problem with the print quality. It is blurred every 4-5 cm, like in pictures attached. The device is a Roland VS-640. The feed motor also has an increased speed every 5 cm, like a impulse. In my opinion I think it is from the encoder disk (have some scratches), the feed motor or the motherboard. (Also I have another problem with the printer. If I power off for several hours, it no longer turns on from the power button from the front. I have to turn it off/on from behind button, then the front button works again.).
I have error on Motor menu: G-enc. check and on Print menu: Linear check.
I also attach a print test, that looks good and some calibration test: some of them have a gap because of feed motor speed.

If your encoder disk is scratched, then that is almost certainly your problem. The current part number is 1000015584, which replaced the original part number1000002162. Check Digiprint.
When your encoder reader hits a scratch, it's jumping to the next readable line, causing the feed motor to momentarily speed up until it reads that line. Keep us posted...

Jim Hancock, I already ordered encoder disk and linear encoder olso (to change both) from Digiprint. Next weekn I will receive it. I will keep in touch after. But what is your opinion about this: If I power off from front button for several hours, it no longer turns on from the power button from the front. I have to turn it off/on from back button, then the front button works again.
