Roland VS not Testprint

Hello everyone hope someone can help me, my Roland VS640 after I installed a new printhead does not do a test print anymore. Did the following
New capping
New wiper
New felt
Encoder strips cleaned with isopropanol
Encoder sensor carefully cleaned
The ink flow runs smoothly through the cap into the waste container
When I print the protocol from the service menu it prints (see picture)
But once I do the test print no lines don't
The pictures come from the Versaworks like this (see attachment)
What can it be (a bad printhead ??)
Ask for advice
One more thing I have to translate the whole text from German to English.

I know it might be a pain to translate, but most of us that can give you expert advice are English speakers... Is the printhead seated correctly in the carriage?

Here is another picture of the print head, it is sitting correctly in the car otherwise the protocol would not be printed

Look at the head from the front bottom and see if it looks perfectly parallel to the platen. As balstestrat asked, has the head rank been entered? If both of these conditions are ok, I would suggest powering down, unplugging the main power and reseating the cables on the print head.

Jetzt überprüfte ich den Druckkopf erneut, um festzustellen, ob er gut sitzt, und schaute erneut auf die Druckkopfkabel, um festzustellen, ob die feinen Metallkontakte beschädigt waren. Hier ist ein Foto von der Unterseite des Druckkopfes

Die Kabel am Printhead hab ich jetzt auch neu verlegt

Wenn ich jetzt einen Testdruck mache, kommt nichts heraus, keine Zeilen, nur leer, aber Versaworks druckt diese Dateien auf diese Weise

Please chime in when you feel it's appropriate, as these are often collaborative efforts!

No, head rank will not cause this, but should be entered to ensure the best operation of the head and insure it's longevity. As I understand things, some of what the head rank does is to apply the proper voltage to the head. I'm not sure what else it does, but I wouldn't be surprised if the firing frequency tuning is part of this.
