Sawtrax people- ACM cutter?

I just got a Sawtrax email and noticed the ACM cutter- anyone have that?
I cut 18 sheets of dibond last week for a (big) tradeshow display and
what a mess- and then have to sand the burrs off. Wondering if that works
as advertised- the women in their videos seem to have a little trouble
pulling it through the material, but fortunately I have a little more weight
behind me:ROFLMAO:. Thanks Gene

I have a Fletcher 3100 which works great for coro and lighter plastics
but couldn't handle dibond. How much effort to cut a 4' dibond panel?
After looking at the pictures- it appears that there is only one cutting
wheel? And a different one for .040 alum? The Sawtrax uses a cutting
wheel on each side of the material.
Thanks Gene

We have tried Fletcher, KleenCut, and panel sawing ACM.

By far the best option is a power shear, smooth edges and no folding of the face! I would think a stomp shear would do an equally nice job.

We have one, purchased about 6 months ago, pretty disappointed in it. Works ok with 2 mil dibond, but 3 mil it is not very good in my view. We have gone back to using the sawmost of the time now untill we can find a stom shear on wheels. One other thing the bottom handle that sticks out in in a U shaped bracket, and the bracket has bent with each use and now needs to be replaced. Good idea, but not as good as expected.
