Yeah..... and ya don't have a Merchant Membership under your name, so you shouldn't be advertising.

There are quite a few Merchant Members here who can give you an excellent price, turnaround and feeling of comfort with their products. A few come to mind, but I don't wanna name some and not others. Hopefully they will answer your call..... or you could just search the Merchant Membership directory and do some calling/e-mailing on your own.

Hmm....this is good to know....do you have minimums for screen printed aluminum or can you do individual signs too?

What does this exactly mean ?? Screen printing is for when you need multiples and usually lots of them. Burning screens, reclaiming them and all the other stuff that goes into prepping and cleaning up is where the cost is. If you're willing to pay for that...... be my guest, but it's gonna cost you out the wazoo.

Yup, these guys at Firesprint are awesome! Great quality and fast turnaround. We won't use anyone else for our screen printed signs.

No sweat on handing out information, but I didn't know someone had to be addressed directly in order to answer questions in this place. Since when did s101 become so formal ?? Anyway, you said you don't believe you were speaking to me. If you're not sure, then perhaps maybe you were.

OK, forgive me, I didn't realize there was actually a question in there, so despite the delightful temptation to start slinging mud with you I'll chose to be more civil....
So, that means exactly...will Firesprint screen print one sign or do they have a strict minimum on quantity.
I have semi-often had requests for screen printed aluminum signs of low quantity or only one. These would typically be for town parks or other municipal installations, etc. and within reason the cost would not be a factor. Now after thinking about it...it really doesn't matter too much if there is a minimum, if you want one then you simply order the minimum and not use the remainder. This would work, as long as the minimum was a realistically low number. It would be a shame to print 500 and throw out 499.

Our catalog minimum is 10 signs generally. We can custom quote a single sign though, it's just not real cost effective.
It doesn't really matter to us how many you buy, but the setup time is about the same whether you buy 1 or 100.
Another option would be a digital print with a clear UV overlam that helps longevity if that is a concern.

Don't hafta forgive you, unless you were being rude.... purposely. I'm not slinging any mud or whatever. I was honestly asking you a question, as I thought being a full service sign company, you would've known the answer to that question before asking it and was asking something different and I simply didn't understand it. That's why I also put the help of all the costs involved to help you.
Being in the industry for nearly 44 years, you learn how to tell people right upfront, it's not worth doing by screen printing and offer something just as good, like die-cut vinyl, hand-painted or a laminated print. Being the professional, one tends to steer customers in the right direction for their own good for various reasons. Knowing what you sell and the makeup of other products tends to help sell projects whether they're 1 or 2 or 2,000.
As far as the civil part goes..... I have another question for you. Why is it, you picked me out to try to ridicule and none of the others who answered you with the same, even lesser information after me ?? What makes me rate so high on your list ??
