So here is a birds eye of the sign shops listed in my area. I am sure there are more, but this is who registers with Google Maps. How about your area? How does it look and what area are you from?
All the letters are sign shops and all the little red dots.

There are four brick and mortar shops in town and a half dozen probably working under the table from their homes.

there are 7 shops that show up within 100 miles of here and 3 of those are not actually sign shops since 2 body shops and walfart are showing up in the listings

but that i know of there are probably about 10 real sign shops and dozen or so garage shops within 50 miles of here, gotta remember around here 20 miles to the next town over is just down the road
