My mom used to have a Llama to guard their sheep. His name was Pete.

Those can even by more aggressive. While the number one question that I get is about the alpacas spitting on me (something that they haven't done even during sheering (and I've had alpacas for a little over 2 decades now), Llamas tend to be do that more frequently in my experience.

Now, I do like my Rolex watches (big fan of Submariner and Daytona, but I digress), but I would like them less if they had a subscription model. It's not analogous.

Just getting a little tired of this lazy method of getting perpetual money thru some type of subscription service.

UPD: first i read your message and did not noticed an article, my bad i wrote stupid things.
UPD2: the subscription model is a new trend and i hate is so much. Thyre just taking our cash for no reason example with watches, just imagine company like Rollex or Patek trying to grab some money for you just to unlock some complications.
Feels very weird.
