Summa help, not cutting whole shape at the beginning

I have this issue with older model D60 Summa, first row it doesn't cutt all the shape, after that it goes well just in the start, is there any way to fix this issue. The knife is brand new, I've changed the strip also thinking that might be the issue. Thnx in advance.

It's most likely a rubber foam piece, that got compressed over time inside the solenoid mechanism. I refurbished a couple of those heads. The official way was to replace the cutting head, but they are not available anymore for quite a long time.

Is it hard to change the foam, is it doable

It's definitely doable with the right tools. The foam part you need to replace, sits centered on the magnet. When reassembling it, take care that the slot in the magnet is centered and free of debris. The coil needs to move without touching anything

I don't see it in the images. If you have a screw, that limits the upper position like in the first picture, it may be enough to lower it a bit. I refurbished mostly tangential heads like in the last picture.

Its most likely NOT MECHANICAL, I have been getting this exact artefact on my SUMMA, it seems that certain line art or wireframe art (from Corel) glitches when I export it to the SUMMA software leaving missing spots and random jumps. The solution is to use a smart flood over the artwork to create a negative/positive space mask and export that rather than the line art. It works every time

I had the same problem with my T1400 Pro. Disassembling the entire cutting head just to replace the rubber or foam bumper is quite a hassle.
My solution was to design and 3D-print a small spacer tube that fits around the spring responsible for pulling the cutter back into its upper position. By adding this spacer, the cutter can no longer travel all the way up and reach the rubber bumper. Instead, it now stops about 1 mm before the highest position.
It's a simple modification, but it has been working well for me and saved me from having to take the whole head assembly apart.
