hi!
i haven't been back for a long time. but i was hoping that somebody could help me out. here is what happened:
(1) while i was normally using my S2T 140 [cut w/ reg marks OPOS XY], out of the blue, the screen suddenly was unresponsive to the usual touch.
(2) after some experimentation, it seems that all of the contacts i am making with the touch screen were being shifted downward by around 1cm.
(3) i tried to press on settings so that i can try to re-calibrate the touchscreen. but that button is always on top. so, i am unable to activate it.
(4) i have tried to restart/unplug the cutter, and even updated the firmware to the most recent version. but i am still unable to get it to work.
(5) i was hoping that somebody from summa could give me an idea on how to gain access to the touch screen calibration screen? or even factory reset my cutter?
right now, i am still able to use my cutter through the summa cutter control. but it's very inconvenient. so any help would really be appreciated.
thanks!
