Temporary Skid Sign - Portability

I have a customer who would like 4 - 4'x8' sign systems that they can move around to different construction sites. I have come up with this design, but I am not sure how they could easily move it. It seems to large to fit in a pick up. I have a trailer I can deliver them with, but that doesn't help them when they go to move the signs around. I am wondering if anyone else had ran into this and come up with a solution. I am sure they are not going to want to completely disassemble the sign every time it is moved. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Make it as an A Frame with some struts on the bottom that unbolt. They can fold it to transport, add the struts and throw some sand bags on them if they think they need it.

Make 2 end sled pieces with routed 1.5" deep routs. Use 10mm ACM for rigidity. If need be add a top and bottom runner and support underneath onto upright. Use 4 x 4 runners and make them bolt on easy.

This set up takes about 10 or 15 minutes to assemble with 1 person and a drill...... provided you're on basically flat terrain. Takes even less time to disassemble. We do it all the time for 4 x 8's, 4 x 4's and 3 x 4's. Have it down to a science.
