Hello,

New trouble for me (bad karma).

I already had this there was many many years, but didn't remember how to fix it.

Linear encoder test is ok.

Thank you for your help !

If so, you likely have a defective ribbon. Look for any ink residue around the connector area, examine the ribbon contacts closely for any damage and replace if in doubt. This type of test print usually indicates a color channel starts free firing due to control signal loss from a defective head ribbon. Also look for any leakage around the head.

I change ribbon from the head print same result.

As you want can see on the Picture, the test print is OK in the middle but not at the right... Weird no ?
