Doing some signs for Eire Insurance and they gave me this for their color :
Medium Persian Blue
#005FAC

I don't know that system. Can anyone give me a PMS color or a vinyl color, as we're going to be cutting die-cut vinyl for thiese signs.

Oops....... that's darker than I anticipated. Do you or anyone else think that ACM blue color will be close enough. It's slightly off, but very close. It's between 2945 and 2955.

Hmmm....... now that color is more along the lines I thought. Now, the blue ACM is too dark. Guess we'll hafta go with white substrate and put the blue on for sure.

My move would be produce two quotes, one prepainted and one custom colored. This won't fly for someone with multiple locations/brand guide/general corporate asshats getting in the way. I'm all for custom color matching, but now that you're sticking something cast to ACM, this went from a $500 bill to a $1500 bill.
Just saying...

It's 2pcs 3' x 8' mounted to an existing frame. So, it's just two sheets attached and we're getting $3,200 for the job. We don't work for free. ;)

There ya go, well if it's framed (or even fastened to a frame) you could drop down to calendared, wrap the print around the back, and save that ~$64 in materials!
