Not sure why I don't know or can't figure out but this one flummoxes me. Sign face area is 18" by 80".
I thought I would just detach the whole panel retaining frame and all and take apart to put new panels in.
System allows me to take sign screws off on side and bottom. That will allow the it to hinge up and work replace bulbs.
I want to remove the whole thing and the only part left that I can see is shown in photo inset. No idea if that is holding it there (got to, right?)
but don't know how to unscrew or release.
Any ideas?
