Trying to match an odd blade mount bracket

Was sent this by a client to try and match. I've looked on MBS, D2G, JPP, etc. Hoping someone has encountered something similar in their travels.

looks just like simple Uchannel screwed into the wall and then anchors drilled through the sides to hold the acrylic.
