I have Indian associates/friends that came here and di by the books, they don't like the massive influx of Indian migrants. They left India because of the rampant corruption and pollution.

Canada had the best immigration policy until the "Marxist Trudeau liberals" came to power in Canada.
Its not just happening here ... in every commonwealth country UK, Australia etc, Europe for that matter with the exponential rise in 3rd world migrants.
Even the Carney "lieberals" have admitted they need to "reassess" the sh!tshow they have created.

When you import in 5 million Indians they don't assimilate they don't integrate...What do you think is going to happen? Cultural ghettos and tribal nepotism/None of them are doctors engineers or skilled for that matter only here for PR status.
They are just workers who don't know their rights and are exploited for cheap labor, hiding behind the excuse of "international student" but really working and not studying.

The situation in the US is vastly different from Canada's, you are conflating your agricultural workers with mainstream jobs here, that regular people, students, entry level and even retirees need to get by on.

saying this, I was thinking, why Canada and the US have programs to bring people from other countries to work? I believe that is the reason that saying is around: "jobs we do not want to do".

In Canada you need to prove you've looked to hire someone qualified for the job and were unable to find anyone qualified. I agree that it's jobs people don't want to do... but not because it's shitty jobs, it's because it's shitty pay. I have a buddy who works in sanitation going around with a big hose sucking up shit from porta potties all day... He reeks of crap no matter how many times he showers... but they pay $30 an hour.... If you pay the right price, any job is a job someone wants.

In Canada we have a program called "TFW" (temporary foreign workers). It allows company owners to bring in foreigners to do jobs we don't want to do... If they can't find local workers to do them. So all the fast food places ... Farms, all back breaking labor jobs are held by people with a TFW permit.

I'm sure deporting illegals will open up a lot of jobs that no American wants to do, and it'll cause a shortage for awhile.... But there are ways around it. I hate the TFW program... But I'd much rather a TFW worker who's over here legallyhavee a job than an illegal who you know nothing about.

There's no doubt there's millions of jobs Americans can't / don't want to fill.... But there are other ways to fix that issue the. Turning a blind eye to law breakers .

Jobs that pay mininum wage, back breaking jobs... A combination of both. In Canada it's all the fast food jobs. All farm jobs... I would bet you $1000 you can't walk into a fast food place in Vancouver and find more white employees working than foreigners... Not even talking about non white, Canadians... But actual foreigners who are here on a temp work visa. I goto Mcdonalds almost everyday... Yesterday I saw the first white person working there in years.... once in awhile in summer I'll see teens, but 99% of workers are here on a TFW permit. it's not racist if it's based on a fact.

A Canadian isn't going to do that job for $15 an hour when they have so many other options that pay higher. I don't see how that statement is racist - I'm not saying foreigners are worth less... Heck, most of them work a hell of a lot harder than the new generation of canadians work. But when they have an option of working for $2 a day in their country, or coming here and working for $15 an hour... The TFW program has proved they're willing to do it.

Personally I think the owners / management should pay more, Not just to white people... but to TFW's. They're using it as a loop hole to get cheap labor.

I mentioned the TFW program because I felt like it was a way for USA To still have people there legally working the farming jobs / other jobs that are traditionally filled by illegals who are working in shitty conditions for shittier pay.... It's that the owners of the companies are taking advantage of a government funded program, which takes advantage of foreigners to do it for such a low price.


Why is a company allowed to offer $30 an hour in a job ad, to prove "no canadian will do it", and then they can turn around and pay mininmum wage to an employee in the TFW program? They should pay the TFW's $30 an hour.

I do own 2 companies, small ones though, 3 employees between the 2... All paid well above minimum wage, but they pretty much manage the company, so doesn't say much
