the tldr of it all is that congress granted the president this authority, and it is not up to scotus to reinterpret assumptions.

they could always just nuke the filibuster, reopen the government, and pass more than three bills in this term that may/maynot include provisions for the extent of emergency authority
...but everyone's too hellbent on optics prior to the midterms, and are paid regardless of how much they actually get done anyways so why bother.

We are going to vote out any "Republican (RINO)" that doesn't get their butt's in gear. It is time to nuke the filibuster and get things done. If not then nothing will actually get done and it will be very possible that the dems gain power again. And they (the dems) will nuke the filibuster and usher in all of their crazy destructive ideas (communism).

It really isn't even rocket science to get things absolutely rocking here in the USA or any country for that matter.
