USB connection cable ?

My Net tool IP is down some time. It's take time to set up the renew IP.

I wonder I should temporary use USB to connect direct to my SP 540V.
But the plug in on printer (the one next to ethernet blinking green light)is look a like PS/2 (mouse or keyboard) plug.
Could I use the adaptor to convert one end of USB cable to connect to printer?
Or which way to connect USB cable to printer.

Thanks for your recommend.:help:

I would try and figure out why your IP gets goofed up. Could it be that your computer (not the printer) is losing its IP address? You may want to try and staticly assign it, so it doesnt need to DHCP if it is losing it.
