Hello,


I’m currently trying to get my printer to work and have attached a video of the machine.(PRINTER) I’ve tried everything I can think of so far, including:

• Replacing the print head
• Replacing the capping station
• Installing new ink cartridges
• Checking all ink lines to ensure they’re clear and pulling ink through with a syringe

It just seems like there's no ink getting pulled through the lines to the print head. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Seems from that video that you have air in the lines, make sure the lines are all connected and no air leaks. When you pull ink to the head, does it print?

I’m using a syringe to pull ink through the lines, but it’s been difficult to keep the lines filled with ink and then attach them to the print head afterward. I can try that process again and get back to you with the results.

What you should do is attach the syringe to the line after the cap top and pull gently. You'll probably need to pinch one close, as I believe there are 2 lines, like my VS-300i. The way you're currently doing it, isn't getting the ink into the dampers or the head.
