Very Fine Banding Issue on JV33

I've returned back, from the old christmas leave to discover one of our printers has a missing nozzole but on closer inspection on the test print it seem to be printing the line just a fraction above the bottom line.

I've done a few prints and it seems to to be causing a very fine band on the prints, I've tried a 30min nozzole wash and a hard clean but the stubborn issue is still there anyone got any ideas, this is only on the cyan right hand channel over other nozzle is perfect.

Possible correction

You didn't mention what kind of ink you are using. It may or may NOT have anything to due with this issue.

Anyway! Create a CYAN ONLY large solid as wide as your printer will handle. Then choose an ICC file or material that will allow you to print from 12-24 pass.[ this will force the printer to print a very fine pattern] Run several test prints making sure the printer is running bi-directional. Sometimes this will clear the clog.

i'm also a fan of taking a foam swab that is saturated in cleaning solution, and giving the head one-clean-wipe across the face of the printhead just like your wiper blade would.
don't scrub, and repeat if desired, but don't reuse the same side of the foam swab.
