Here is a testimony we just received from a happy customer that found it worthwhile to take a second look at Graphic Tracer.

"About a year ago, I started using Graphic Tracer, and I really liked it. But after a while, I felt like I wasn’t fixing as many logos, so I let my subscription expire. I figured I could manage with Photoshop and Illustrator when needed...

BIG mistake.

Recently, I had a few logos to clean up, and wow—Photoshop and Illustrator are SO complicated for that kind of task. I spent HOURS on YouTube trying to follow tutorials, and still couldn’t get a clear, step-by-step solution for fixing a blurry logo.

So over the weekend, with a deadline looming, I decided to go back to Graphic Tracer. But I accidentally started a new subscription instead of reactivating my old one—and of course, I couldn’t use the program right away since it was the weekend and I needed to transfer licensing off of my computer and exchange for the new one.

Desperate, I paid for a full-year subscription to my original account… and BAM—it worked instantly.

Let me tell you: I am SO glad I went back. Graphic Tracer is so much easier to use than Photoshop or Illustrator. Yes, there’s a small learning curve—but it’s NOTHING compared to the headache of figuring out AI or PS (which I STILL haven’t fully mastered).

I can clean up a logo in minutes, not hours. And when I had questions? Their support team responded within a day—with clear instructions, screenshots, and even video tutorials.

Oh, and that extra subscription I paid for by accident? They refunded it immediately. No hassle, no back-and-forth, no excuses—just amazing customer service.

If you ever deal with low-quality or blurry logos, I can’t recommend Graphic Tracer enough. It’s a total game changer for my business.

THANK YOU GT!

Are the files considered vectorized after you use Graphic Tracer? Print Ready?

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Another effin' subscription. Hey software vendors, spam asides, just sell a copy. Subscriptions are great for a hot trial, but for a program, if it is as good as the unsolicited advertising claims, would be nice to not be paying for years.

If people want to give product advice, it would be nice if the information was accurate. For your information, We do have options available... We offer a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a pay one time purchase of a non-expiring license that includes FREE upgrades forever.
Does anyone know of any other software company that offers that kind of deal?

Graphic Tracer was reviewed by print industry leaders and did win a "Best Product Award" at Printing United a few years back. Several new features have since been added, and the font search database is now close to 200,000 fonts. I wish there a place where various tools could be showcased in one place by "experts" all working with the exact same images. I realize everyone has their "opinion" as to what works best. The truth is, the software that works best is the one that you know how to use. I have several tools in my graphic toolbox. As a 30+ year veteran sign maker, Graphic Tracer is one of my favorite tools. If anyone would like a personal live demo, feel free to contact me privately.

Brian, Bad quality images tend to always trace poorly. Graphic Tracer has a collection of unique clean up tools that help restore a poorly vectorized image and bring it to perfection. Typically, once I am done cleaning up an image in Graphic Tracer, it is "Print Ready". The only time it might not be "print ready" is if want to apply gradients or other "special effects" that are not in the Graphic Tracer toolbox. For that I would do a "one click" transfer of the image right into Illustrator, CorelDraw, Flexi, or one of several other popular software programs that Graphic Tracer interfaces with.

Technically, but it really doesn't do that great of a job. Tracing in Illy is better than Graphic Tracer, but I've found that vectorizer.ai works the best as long as there are no gradients or special textures involved. and it's crazy fast
You shared that Graphic Tracer "doesn't do that great of a job and that tracing in Illy is better than Graphic Tracer." I personally know many people who use Illy every day who have a drastically different opinion than you. I have been working with graphic design programs for over 30+ years, and am well aware that everyone has their own opinion, and the program that always works the best is the one that you know. I do have a question for you... Please share your personal experience with Graphic Tracer. How much time have you actually spent working with the program. This information would be helpful to us in the future development of our training program, and the production of training videos.

never heard of vectorizer.ai before. tried it and it literally traced in less than a second. as soon as you clicked on it the page reloaded and it was done. tracing is much better than gtracer AND it's only $10 a month VS the $15 gtracer charges. thanks for sharing this!
