The top specimen is a MAC font.
I recognized it from a recent job.

The script is Linotype Zapfino. I get no match on the main font though.

Main font is very very close to Concorde or Calista.

Chocolate is actually a font that you cannot typeset - Adobe Serif. I did a long post here once about it. It is a substitute font that shows up when a font is missing, and now someone let it go as their logo
