What kind of material is this? Metallic / Foil Sign

Have a client interested in some custom cut signs, but is looking for a shiny metallic / foil sign material (see photo attached). What kind of material is this? Who can supply this? (doesn't have to be layered, can be a flat sign). Thanks in advance!

material-wise, it looks like metal laminate in various colors&styles.
we've got a sheet here that has that same blue & grinder-style swirls but I cannot for the life of me remember where it came from.

however, if you can get away with a flat "replica" then i could just look for a metalized film like a chrome or ultraleaf, and then just print the colors on top and the vertical swirls in a light greytone and apply to whatever substrate you like.

It looks more like steel, plasma cut, with whatever stain/coating that got popular a few years ago. Stuff sounds like what mikepro describes. Big question, is it magnetic?
