Who Manufactures These?

Does anyone know who the manufacturer or supplier of these sign systems are? They are constructed of 1" & 3" extruded aluminum sections with connecting strips, everything slides together along with the frame sections. I am familair with production process for the sub-surface vinyl & backpainting acrylic panels but I believe the manufacturer also provides the optional raised white letters and braille which are on the top panel. One thing I find odd is that the backpainted color appears much darker viewing through the matte acrylic than viewing the paint directly on the back side of the acrylic, don't recall such a drastic color change backpainting matte acrylic on previous projects.
