Why am I getting this red shadow

Magenta is misfiring.
This is very odd as it looks to me that it is printing the magenta in the right place but adding a further shadow.
Try a different file with similar colours and see if this makes a difference.
This maybe a RIP input issue or a fault in the file.

That looks like you either did something wrong..... or your software is malfunctioning somewhere. What you call a shadow is not the same size as the vibrant version. Something is getting changed in your file somewhere along the line.

I think it is a rip issue

I have tried everything i know to do. It prints the shadow on any file I print that uses magenta in a color. If I print pure yellow or pure cyan I get no shadow, but any color that uses magenta to make prints this crazy shadow.

I had something similar happen on one of our Epsons a few months back, not nearly as bad as yours but it ended up being a dirty encoder strip. Went away instantly after cleaning it.
