Why won't my pics upload???

I haven't had a problem before.....I just get a tag that says that files failed to upload.

Any ideas?

If they're large, at some point the server image processing software will fail to be able to handle them. Check file size and pixel dimensions. Downsize to see if that helps. Also, insure that the color mode is set to RGB/8 bit per channel.

Where do I set the "color mode"?

Color mode is set in an image editor such as Photoshop or Corel PhotoPaint.

I am assuming that you mean upload rather than download. If you want to send me the image you had a problem with, I'll be happy to check it out and let you know what I find.

Your pics were too large for the upload software to handle. They measured about 3.5 MB each and there is a 1 MB file size limit. I have uploaded the downsized images to this post. There were no other problems with the images.

PS... he sharpens tools pretty good, also!
