window sign

[Deaton Design]

Did this window yesterday. Vinyl with a digital print. Colors were picked by the customer, as they were the young girl in pictures favorite colors. They named the restaurant after her, as she passed away a couple years ago.
I used Signfonts Ace High font for this one.

I would have loved to see some Deaton Cartoon magic for the portrait. I suspect that was probably a sensitive conversation, though.​

I like the font and layout... but I'm not crazy about the picture slapped on like that. I think it would have looked much nicer if the picture was like an old time woodcut engraving. Specially since I know you have the talent to pull it off!
