  1. Helmet Wraps & Decals

I think you will find that you are looking at two different types of vinyls even though you are lumping them together when you say "Helmet wraps and decals". If you are doing logo type decals convex or substance are the "go to" vinyls. They both have thinner vinyls that would probably be fine...
  2. Ink date code

You won't get any date info from that. I don't know what the JAN is but it apparently isn't January....I went through a pile of old carts and they ALL say JAN.
  3. check out sign builder illustrated this month!

    Nice! Congrats on the article.
  4. Which Laminator to get??

You are probably up and running with it by now and have seen how simple it is but to answer your question......no issues at all with the dual knobs, you simply lower the roller until the knobs spin freely. You don't need any down pressure from them because of the weight of the roller. Very...
  5. My Dog - Had To Share

My Wife and I do Pit Bull rescue. The 2 on the right are ours and the two on the left are our fosters. Dogs are the BEST!
  6. Which Laminator to get??

We've had the AK-600 for almost 2 years now and are very satisfied with it. Just wondering....I see with their "sale" pricing the 500 & 600 are the same price, why wouldn't you go with the 65" version? We only have a 30" Versacamm but figured for the small price difference we'd get the 65"...
  7. Three Sided POP display

These should do the trick: http://www.ffr-dsi.com/display-construction/panel-formers/sgv-supergrip-60-panel-former
  8. My first box truck install

That's the answer I was looking for! I didn't want to lead him but my god....you don't know the difference between a rivet and a screw????? If you are going to give advice at least know what you are talking about. Personally I think there is a valid argument to be made for removing and...
  9. X Banner Stands...Cheap?

We've used the same stands mentioned in the last 2 posts for a few years now for our own events. It's a nice package with the carrying case and there is enough extra room in the case to fit the banner itself for transportation & storage. We have a 30" Versacamm so we print 28" banners and have...
  10. My first box truck install

I'm just curious. Regardless of whether or not it's the right or wrong way to do the graphic.....how exactly do you remove a rivet? And once you are done installing the graphics how, exactly, do you re-rivet the hole? Inquiring minds want to know.
  11. 4Over

Has anyone had issues with 4Over production times lately, specifically from their NJ facility? A couple of weeks ago I placed an order on a sunday evening (they actually encourage you to order on weekends) for 500 post cards. Production time 2-4 days and I'm one day UPS from them so I will...
  12. Fred, are you going to allow this?

The article lists 2 problems....dogs tied to parking meters and owners not cleaning up their dog's "mess". So we have to ban ALL dogs from that area? How about a nice fine for tying your dog to a parking meter (oh hell, how about just for leaving it unattended in a public place?) and a fine...
  13. merritt graphics..

Mike, thank you for all you've done!
  14. For the dog lovers...What I did this week.

I don't care what anyone says...that right there is FUNNY !:notworthy: Don't tell my wife I said that!
  15. For the dog lovers...What I did this week.

Phillip, Thanks for rescuing a pit! I've learned so much about them in the past 6 months. My wife wanted a dog and I wanted a happy wife ;-) so we went to the shelter back in october. I only knew what you read in the headlines about pits...all the bad stuff. At this particular shelter you...
