Did you make sure there is no ink or cleaning solution on the FPC cable? Normally if there is any kind of short near the FPC you can kill a the motherboard.

You need to check the printhead and FPC cable connection. Most likely you have ink or a bent pin on the end of the cable.

You can try different ink profiles / types within the 1204 settings that might help. Seems like the biggest issue is any color with cyan as the dominant color?

The clear dots are totally normal most heads ship with liquid in the print heads . Have you ever replaced a print head on this machine before? If not I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself.

You can turn off the auto clean feature by pressing function > setup > auto clean OFF.
