  1. So how do you learn to letter by hand?

    There is a few twist and pull techniques but a calligraphy set is a good way to start because most strokes you learn with a steel pen transitions smoothly to a brush. Also most all the strokes will be used in forming letters.

    Yup bonded.. and this is the so called good stuff Magnum. I know customers should remove them often and even tell them, but the fact is they will not do it. Anyone found a sound method for removing without damaging paint? Thanks in advance....

    You can also do it with aluminum but you might want to sub it to a sign/fab shop if fabrication isn't part of your business. The foam method is a good idea also, good luck.
