We have a 54" FC 8000 Graphtec Vinyl cutter. Does anyone know of someone around or near Atlanta Georgia that does repairs on cutters? Ours was damaged and we have been working with Sign Warehouse to repair it, but we can't get it fixed using their support. Any suggestions.

I designed in Photoshop and turned background transparent. I then imported psd into Flexi. When it opened logo was surrounded by the box. I made the box transparent in Flexi but could not counter cut the logo. Is there anyway to remove the box in Flexi so that I can counter cut the logo instead...
