we've been asked if we can make some graphics for a local firm with the pow/mia logo on for veterans etc. i have no idea who owns the rights to the logo or if its public domain. i have done a google search and could only find out about how/why it was made etc(quite interesting)..but nothing...

just got in some dry erase lam for a job were doing. i've never used this stuff before and want to educate my client on what they can/can't do. what type of marker pen is best? just any old marker pen? when they go to wipe off the pen, should they use dentured alcohol and a rag? thanks...

just turned down our first request for a boat wrap yesterday. we've had our roland for alittle over a year now and are doing things we haven't done before which i must admit i do like! however we don't do any type of wraps, i leave that to people who know what there doing! got me thinking...

i need to print acouple of yellow banners. some of the wording/dates/times etc needs to be cut vinyl. so my question is.....since i'm printing the banner to be yellow, next year when we go to change the cut vinyl....will it take off the yellow printed background with it?

We have been asked to do one of those large custom checks you see at charity events/lotto winners etc. now i know i've seen on here before several people who have done them...so my questions are.. did you create them from scratch? or is there a template that i can down load anywhere? i guess...

we were quoted over $400 for a roll of 54" x 100 or 150 foot(can't remember now) from our supplier for non curl banner material to use in retractable banners. thought that was kinda expensive so wanted to see what ya'll were using or would recommend. i do have a swatch here from rite-media...

felt like i was being taken for a ride, agreements were made and they were taking liberties and now are not living up to there agreement. so.........just fired them!

i'm using illi cs3 and was sent a .pdf from a new client with there art work. i opened the .pdf but i don't have the font available in cs3 so it substituted the font. is there anyway at all when i open a .pdf file that i can make sure the fonts etc don't get substituted? sorry if this is a...
