Question, I am in PA we are hitting about 40-50 degrees. I need to remove old and install new perforated vinyl on outside windows (approx 5' high x 3' wide). I know I can't really heat windows, so what is the best way to remove old perf and is it OK to install in 40-50 degrees? Thanks!
