We have always ordered out roll labels, but our largest client is wanting to shift their roll label printing over to us and they notoriously have tight deadlines that wouldn't allow ordering out. We have a wide format printer, a roll to roll laminator and a Summa ST2 cutter that we could use to...
They tend to be mostly in the center portion and are about the size of a BB and there are sporadic. I am going to try and clean everything. We have a company cat, so there is always the possibility of fur having gotten in something.
We have a 6 month old S40600 that has been lightly used as large format is a market we are expanding into. Sometimes we don't run the machine for a week or two. So far we are on our third set of ink cartridges to give you an idea of the usage.
I noticed this morning that when I ran a head test...
We are a commercial printer that started out with Aqueous wide format and only recently installed a Solvent printer, laminator and cutter. I am constantly questioning what I should or shouldn't laminate. Our largest signage customer gets dozens of double sided posters on polystyrene and roll-up...
We got the GFP355 laminator and had a rush job to laminate. I managed to bumble my way through laminating a 3x4 foot poster without any issues, but wondered if anyone could tell me what temp settings I should be using. I just used 2 for temp and speed, but it was a stab in the dark.

We have become inundated with a few clients that want everything printed on 20 and 30 pt polystyrene. We run it on our Epson S40600 and the results are fantastic. The only real problem is that it attracts lint, dirt and hair like a magnet. We currently take each 4x8 foot sheet and wipe it down...
We have only used 4 pass High Quality since we got the printer. Does anyone know what the difference is between the "4 pass" setting and the "4 Pass High Quality"?
Epson S40600
We have a client that gets double sided banners for their roll up stands. We have tried Solit 500 and Bantex, but both seem to have surface defects scattered around the back side of the material which shows up in large floods of ink, which our clients loves. Can anyone recommend a product that...
I am using an Onyx Thrive 19 RIP, so this wouldn't be compatible. I was hoping we could just print the prints, laminate them and then feed them into the cutter last. Would I still need it to be compatible with the RIP?
I run a commercial print shop and we have a couple Epson S40600 printers. We currently outsource anything that needs cutting, but have a client that needs same or next day service on signage that will need simple cuts. Circular decals primarily, maybe some other simple designs.
After a few...
