My colors print starting out really dark then fade to the actual color. This started after the pad swelled and caused contamination. I have replaced all the dampers and drawn lots of ink through with a syringe. Do you think there is still some contaminated ink somewhere getting in the head...

I just noticed that CMYKParts now has the pump gear shaft for the Falcon Jr. available by itself for $47. Sure beats paying $500 for the maintanence station just to get the gear shaft out of it like I had to do last month.

I just installed a new maintenance station in my Falcon Jr. Everything worked fine after I got finished but when it completes a cleanning cycle it leaves the wiper in the out position instead of drawing it in. Any one have any ideas of whay might be causing this. Stuart
