Least of my worries (for our shop that is)...usually print directly to substrate anyhow. Become a good vinyl/signs installer and you'd have my business. Wall murals, vehicle wraps, signs installation....etc. Thats my opinion anyways.

If it is a PDF i turn all profiles off and it makes it true to your design colors.

I like it the way it is....You can see the Apple Pies just fine and I like the subtle sold here. If I saw a Sign that said Apple Pies I would already assume they are for sale. Looks better than a lot files we get from "designers". Good Work.

color correction...spot layer... click the enable box and do either a full knockout or spot knockout.

Gotcha...the only other thing I could think of would be to turn up your lamp power? I had to do this to compensate for my lamps starting to wear out. Good luck I hope you get it figured out!

We did this once when we had to put logos on apple crates for our local apple festival. Looked awesome, just like it was painted. With a little heat, it stuck better than any other material we tried.

Have you tried CET? For our CET parts and such we use Digital Color Ink or go through CET. We used to have the same printer now we have the Xpress500

Cant you reverse cut it and apply it on the inside? I just did an install recently in around 40 degree weather. Reverse cut and applied on the inside of the store and it looked great. Just a thought....
