Does anyone know if they even make a 24x36 real estate sign frame that sticks in the ground?? I have seen tons of 36x24 but our customer wants the sign to stand tall. Any help or referrals would be greatly appreciated!
Is there anything on the bed? like maybe excess in or something the would be lifting the material in those areas? That is all I can think of....I have had this happen on the cet and is was because of a job that I printed a pattern on the bed so I could print on a routed piece of material...
I have had a tonnn of experience with putting up 4x6 and 4x8s between 2 posts and the alumilite is far better and sturdy....not to mention a lot lighter. We put up 4x6 polymetal before with braces to and bottom and the panel actually warped so much from the wind that it blew through the sign...
Styren does that to me sometimes but only when I didn't use enough alcohol. I spray a lot of alcohol on and use paper towels to clean. For some radon if I used a rag I always get streaks but paper towels work the best in my opinion. Try it once.. Us long strokes not circular motions. If you...
We used to use solid core for 4x6 signs we do a ton of but realized that the corrugated is a lot lighter and does not warp as bad. These signs are in high wind areas and the solid core would begin to bend. I do not like the corrugated look ic the edges are highly visible but for our 4x6 double...
I use them for every install I need it for. Used it for different backlit installs and puttin up a small billboard. It's the best way to go... For us I think it rents for about 125-150 for the day ant beat it. Also if you have a very large panel you can hook ratchet strains to the side, put...
Aaron,
We are running an xpress 500 now. I would not say problem free though we did have problems at the beginning. One problem was that the printer was losing ink over night and they sent in a tech and resolved that issue. We also had an electrical issue our vacuum burnt up shortly after we...
Aaron, I was not going to chime in but I can honestly relate to you and everything you have going on... and I mean to EVERYTHING. We had the same problem with our first CET flatbed. A year or more of losses, lost customers, and getting the run around. Electrical problems that nobody could...
Thanks for the help guys boxer I sent you a pm. I mean I have the capabilities to possibly produce something. I could print them on the flatbed then apply the dry erase lam and figure out the framing, but like you guys have said I don't know what kind of beating they are going to take. I...
Okay so I need to quote a job for 143 Hospital boards that go in patients rooms. They need to be magnetic and dry erase with a thin black frame around the outside...I have attached a picture. Does anyone know a supplier that does this sort of thing at a decent wholesale price??? THANKS! Ohh...
I don't know if this will help because my machine is different but we had the same sort of problem. Sometimes I have to bump the saturation a little bit and make sure that both shutters aren't opening each pass. Alternate the shutters and it will create more of a gloss look and bump the...
I also have a CET and love experimenting with different materials (burlap, tile, cork, etc). I tried the tee shirt thing once and it wiped off for some reason. Are there any pre-treatments you do to the shirt? I think it was just because mine was an older shirt.
Hey synergy I also have a CET but my white has been printing great. My temp is at 50 and voltage is at 86. I dont know if this will help but I hope it does!
