Thanks Gino all good advise. I was definitely bent out of shape yesterday. And yeah no where did it say don't use tape or anything of that sort. I never thought twice since it was so low tack and I tested it on a non-noticeable spot on the first letter. Hope you're ready for some snow!
I was speaking to whoever answers the phone. Took them until end of the next day to tell me what they could do, nothing. Told me to try to oxidize it myself or i could send them back and pay them to do it. Finding our rep is my next step. We used to have one that stopped in once and a while...
Yes I did order the template and I was not clear enough with that. It was on the order form and I was going to ship the letters back so they could make the template but they refused. They sent me an outline of the letters and I has to place each one with smaller pegs and punch the letter...
hey Gino, in regards to your questions the answer for all 3 is yes. We have been dealing with them for a very long time now and they have been fine in the past. It comes down to their customer service in the end. I sent photos and described the situation and how it was only 2 of the letters...
They told me since I put tape on the face there was no guarantee...no others did this that's what makes me so angry. It was literally like dust on the letter. Almost like they did not clean them before Oxidizing. Just dealing with them and their customer service has been pretty brutal. The...
I am completely frustrated with Gemini and will not be using them again....ever..... For an order I placed recently (and we have bought from them before and everything was fine) they did not send me the pin template that went up on the wall...no biggy I ask them to make one and send it to...
What about using your current client base to either set up meetings or tell them about your new wrapping program? One of the best ways of advertising is getting those first couple wraps under your belt and letting your customers advertise for you. Wrapping a company vehicle is a great...
Good to Hear! Yeah I don't know why the covers effect is so much but ever now and then I kinda move the reader up a little and make sure the strip is in the dead middle. Good to hear you're up and running.
I have all the covers off my CET and have had them off for atleast 2 years now. We had to move the encoder reader around a little to make sure it wasn't hitting the strip. Have had minimal problems since. Good Luck!
Okay so I have to do an acetate print for a customer and I have never done this before. Seems pretty self explanatory just put it down print on it and cut it out?? I just wanted to be sure. There is one matte side and one gloss side...which side do I print on?? Thanks in advance!
When that sort of thing happens to me it is usually when my encoder strip is dirty... It may just be static but that is option 2 if the static thing doesn't pan out the way you would like. Good luck!
So can I use the app with my signvox account? I think we were told when we signed up for signvox a couple years ago that we would get a free app or something and I still don't have one (this could be my fault not sure). Downloaded the shopvox app and my signvox account name and password wont work.
That is right down the road! We were looking at different ink options to reduce cost. We were thinking about this change for about a year or so because of the risk involved. A tech came in and switched everything over and made a profile which matched our old printer very closely. I guess it...
We have a CET as well and the ink adhesion is great...I have used the CET factory ink and now our ink system was converted to Nazdar inks and no problems to report so far. Good luck in your search!
