    what tye bulk ink system do you have? If it has the bottles on top you can pipe them direcly to the sub tank sylinoid and insert a dummy cartridge that has the card reader extended outside the machine and then remove the card like FatCat suggested. Violla.

    I use Epson canvas, but it's expensive but looks so great. I also offer a less expensive canvas product for banners. I've tried lots of brands, but Epson is the best for our situation for quality.

    Kraft paper now, huge savings. Used to use Braper = expensive. We just use it to ship dark colored banners though.

    What is the humidity level in your print area? I have seen this at our shop when the humidity drops below 40%. Also, blue seems to be the most prone to static issues.
