I have had great results with Ultra Flex PET 15 ounce. Pop-Up seems to be prone to static. Just my experience.

I wonder if that printer would be rcognized by, Wasatch or Caldera? Perhaps by telling the rip it is that "other" printer?

I replace them when our print heads are being replaced. I have seen dampers last up to 3 years with no issues. Do you deep clean your maintenance station with solvent?

The ink spit pads and wiper should be replaced. I also replace our dampers on a bi-annual schedule, but our printers run all day.

I've tried maybe 8 different canvas products. So far my favorite is the Epson GS gloss canvas. It does glare a bit but looks so nice. Maybe some others may have suggestions if you are searching for a semi or matte option as I have not really found a "great" looking product in those lines.
