I subscribe to Sign Builder and Sign Business. I also subscribe to a magazine called Wide Format Imaging. I have a copy of Digital Graphics somewhere but I don't know how I got it. I never subscribed.
Another interesting fact is that Sign Warehouse has dozens of people on this forum pretending to be sign makers that serve only to promote Sign Warehouse.
True. If you are just getting the ValueJet the RIP software included will work fine for you but if you are getting a new cutter with it you will want FlexiPro 8 or Onyx Production House. Onyx gives you much greater versatility but Flexi is more user friendly. I haven't tried Onyx's GamaPrint yet...
That's a great printer. I recall one time needing to carry, with several other people, the 87" LT into the show room. That was something to make you sore.
There are a few other companies that offer the Mutoh ValueJet for $13,995 and don't outsource their tech support. Go with a Mutoh Certified Service Provider.
I'm not sure how much you are considering paying but the ValueJet is the best series Mutoh has put out and is very affordable. I'd look for a good Mutoh certified service provider/dealer and go with that. The Falcon series was known for good print speeds but stubborn work ethics.
