no I don't think so. the lower case letters are too big height wise and the "a" is all wrong. They are all close but the others are a bit thin with lower case.! Man that's a toughy!

Looks like Arial to me but here are Ariel, Myriad and Nimbus Sans in that order. Hope it helps Myriad is it I think now that I look at it.
