Hp Support had me do an update recently directly via usb attached to the printer. If you have any network issues or problems, this works as well.

I just tested with my HP365. Perhaps it was just my particular roll of 631, but I found it unacceptably grainy, although it was greatly improved with a heavy ink load.

There are some current health and safety objections to the manufacture and use of chlorine based vinyls. You get some persistent eventual waste products (dioxins) that you don’t get with the non-chlorinated vinyls. So it’s not so much the vinyl part that is the objection, but what’s “stuck” to it.

UPDATED Problem solved by downloading Cutting Master 3 Beta. I suppose that perhaps the image was just too complicated for CM2. This is a very detailed logo going on a wall (yep a bear to put up, but it will look awesome). I'm down about a mile of wasted material, but oh well.
