it was with the computer/ gerber/ scanner/ everything else. older computer and no cd's. the dongle is a graphix advantage dongle. will this allow me to reproduce anything other than text and basic shapes? can the graphic advantage be used for "picture" type printing?

Omega does not appear to be operational on this new computer (came with Gerber) no disc for it either. i have only the GSP Advantage that works

saturdays golf game was good!!! saturdays playtime on Gerber not as productive. trying to take files i currently have (corel draw files) and convert them to something this machine will accept. problem is no books with machine or software. still looking around for some. i am trying to whoop...

it seems to print very nicely. (bad english) now to figure out how to operate everything on it. not sure what the programs are all about. composer is difficult at best to figure out. maybe some hints somewhere. edgetalk hasnt resonded back to me in 3 months for access to their site so i cant...

okay- i have omega and ga on the computer supplied with the unit. has dongle on rear as well. also i believe the parrallel cable as well. looks like just dont have feed/ roll holder. hmmmm............maybe i can buy a clue somewhere.................

i also have an autoglass and accessory shop. tint windows, remote car starters, car audio, lift kits, wheels and tires, etc. etc. etc. very busy. and we have to do it all or business would suffer. too many hacks in a town of 15K

I had a similar problem and used the test cut feature to dial in the offset. i should ask first if the test cut cuts fine first though. if not, adjust the offset up and down to see if it changes. only a suggestion that was already made, but i thought i "checked it out" too.

okay-- the problem i am having is i cant get a light colored "glow" to show up on a darker color. any tips there. that one woked awesome on lighter background

Great tip!! the only thing is i cant get it to "glow" over an object that is behind it like you did. hmmmmm

OKAY- here is the plan ----- where can i find somebody to come set up this machine and train me and my staff on its use? i think it can be a great addition to our offerings. if i cant find anybody.......it will be sold. any help would be great.

not sure what all i have or need here, but a local sign shop recently dropped a used (obviously) Gerber Edge on my doorstep. along with a computer and i believe the software is all loaded on it to get it going. i just have no clue where to start with it. are there any resources to help on...
