finally got it figured out......... blade offset needed to be increased with these new blades i bought. never will i buy these again!!!!!!!!!!! cheaper than others, but costed more in the long run. live and learn. thanks for the help too guys

i have a roland cx300 plotter that has recently started cutting funny. what is happening is it will not totally cut the line. it is almost like a dashed line. i replaced blades and cutting strip and it still doesnt fix the problem. is there a possibility of it being the blade holder or...

we just had our computer replaced from one of them bad boys. took out the hard drive i guess from what the tech said. dunno just know how to operate it.

draw your shape, then use "powerclip" feature under the effects heading then use "place in container" should work perfectly.

what software are you using? could be in it.

has anyone tried using a roland camm-1 cx-300 series cutter to cut magnetic material? do i need to mask the back of the magnetic material so it doesnt "adhere" itself to the machine? also, what degree cutting blade would be recommended. (i currently use a 45 degree one for most of my cutting)...
