    Check your Ribbon cable again. The Encoder strip is not used during setup. Also, try to move your pinch roller slightly one direction or another to see if it detects. If you have a bad Encoder strip, you should also get stair stepped print.

    Only time I have seen that was with some strange spot colors. What happens when you print with basic RGB? Are you importing into Versa or printing striaght from ILL. ? If printing straight from ILL. check your ILL. print options.

    We use a Roland, just make sure and use the correct materials for MX/ATV's.

    open cutting master before use the ILL plug in. I had the same issues on 64bit XP. It doesn't auto launch CM.
