The answer may be letting cut master set the reg marks, not converting the box as most all the videos show. If I do that, I'm running about 90% finding the marks.

So far about 50% using type 1. Much better than using type however. Same results using auto scan.

Cut master trhrough ILL. Testing the type 1 marks now.

Searched several threads and didn't see anything like this. Mine has an issue reading Reg mark #3.(4 reg marks) It stops about 1/2" short before it get to the mark, then scans the white area before the mark. I'm using type 2. .75" long I did a factory reset, offset adjustments/calibration...

First, 651G prints great on a Roland SP.... We use it for basic decals and go through about 1-2 rolls a week, it has a better white point and stronger adhesive than the cheap print vinyls.(3164, 3640, 3651) Lam with 210. For pics, try and print the JPG file unless you are doing contour...

Test with 210. we use is all the time. Then turn around and Lam with it as well. Use lam on ALL R/C products. Fuel and cleaners will eat most all print off without it. Even Thermal.

Try to flatten the file.

Try cleaning the encoder strip. But, do a search on here first, lots of post about it and what to use to clean it. Mine does it every so often, if I move the location of one of the rollers 1/8" it helps.
