Anybody had success printing on fabrics on their HP L25500. I know die sub is the norm for fabric, but l want to see what this baby can do! Two things I'm looking to try are flags and backdrops. Ultraflex seems to have both a flag and then a heavier weight, but wanted to see if anyone out...

For those who have tried JetFlex and SuperPrint Plus, which do you prefer? Anyone using both regularly?

Gbc arctic duramount. Estimate I've done about 2000 poster mounts in the last 2 years (80% foamcore, 10% gator, 10% artboard). Has not failed once. Have tried to find something less expensive, royal sov., a house brand, and no success. Can't lose.

Are the ones you got the aluminum or stainless? Can't se To find pricing for their whole stainless line.

Wow, okay I thought I was totally out there. Very good idea about doing the end opposite the print head, it was indeed the machine I was most concerned about. And thanks for the other tips. I'll report back once I've tried it this weekend. Let's see what others have to say.

Thought I'd throw this out there. Anyone ever tried cutting an entire roll of stock down to a particular width. For instance, those of us with our crazy 60" wide HP latex machines often find ourselves stuck between a 54 and a 63 inch roll. Yes, we can get some material in 60" or some suppliers...

Question to the field: how often do you get banner vinyl where the scrim is skewed at an angle? I've got a new brand of banner vinyl I brought in and the scrim runs across the 54" width at about 15 degrees in a bit of a wave pattern. I've attached a pic. The black lines show the right angle...

Thanks 2CT. Ultraflex was actually recommended after I had the issue with the Bannux so when my roll shows to test, I'll use your settings. Cheers.

No solution but... I was asking the other day for a recommendation on suggested banner vinyl because of the same issue...I was using 13oz Bannux by lg and having the same problem. Looks like it might be more than a media issue?

Looking for some recommendations on scrim vinyl banner media for our L25500. Used13oz Bannux by LG, got 3 rolls from our dealer gratis when we got the machine, but it doesn't lie flat on the platen and the carraige assembly catches the edge...crash! Anyone out there have a favourite they can...

Can anyone suggest a trusted service provider to the trade who provides banner sewing in the Toronto area? If so, I'd greatly appreciate it.

+1 to Colorado Signs Not sure if you've ever done an install jc, but whatever you do, don't even think about using a non-repositionable vinyl.
