A "trick" I have used to remove difficult stuff is to apply the same material on top of it and then use that to rip the old material off. Maybe in your case you could apply a sheet of the same vinyl then "grip and rip" pulling it off fast?
Yeah and getting to know the seller via messaging is crucial on Alibaba. You will soon spot the pushy or dodgy ones - and there are many. But I have a few suppliers now that are almost friends and we have excellent relationships.
Alibaba is great but be aware that the "price" on the listing is typically way lower that the actual price they will quote you. They will say its because the one on listing is missing a feature, or the shipping is more that expected bla bla. Aliexpress is actually a closer equivalent to Ebay.
I am enjoying my BN20 / GS24 combo. Good for starting out. The BN20 is a slow printer so taking the cutting to the GS24 really saves time. And its easy to pair up the workflow in Versaworks.
We have a hobby shop and also a sister company producing cosmetics. So the BN20 is very handy for producing promotional stickers and apparel for them. We plan to offer the same products for local businesses. Not targeting the "big companies" yet - no illusions that the BN20 is far from a mass...

I chose the White/Wh option as the fifth cartridge. During the install the technician said that the Wh configuration causes a load of problems. And I am starting to find that now as well...
