  3. Clear Acrylic with Standoffs Corners Cracking

How is this being cut? The edges look rough in the picture, maybe just the picture? The roughness in my experience often means micro cracks that turn into big cracks when any pressure is applied later. Could be as simple as a bump and they'll show up anywhere in the panel. We have all of our...

  5. Applying Oralite 5600 onto calendared laminate?

Personally, I wouldn't even bother with spray laminate if it isn't anything that you have on hand. The vinyl adhesive will fail long before the color fades and the spray laminate won't stop that from happening. His need to save money isn't worth your time trying to make something that will...
  6. Applying Oralite 5600 onto calendared laminate?

  13. Question XR640 dropout - possible head?

That is what the test print looked like for my printer when the head was due for replacement. The head was past projected life span for me. Are you getting overspray? I had that too and was told it has to do the the head misfiring. Head replacement fixed the overspray and banding.
  14. Exacto Blades Not Sharp Anymore

I've seen a decline this last few years. Had to actually send two 100 packs back to my supplier this summer as the entire blade had been cut wrong. No point and no edge, you could physically see the flat spot on the edge where it should have been sharp. I've had other packs where half of them...
